CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The University of California, Davis, Journal of International Law and Policy (JILP) is committed to publishing original, cutting-edge scholarship that will make a substantial contribution to international, comparative, and transnational law. JILP welcomes articles from professors, practitioners, and students of private or public international law, as well as other related disciplines. Submissions by international authors are also encouraged.

JILP publishes biannually, producing a Fall and Spring issue in December and May, respectively. JILP will begin accepting article submissions for the Fall and Spring issues on a rolling basis beginning on September 1, 2014. The Journal will accept submissions until the issues are filled.
All submissions should be in English and the text should be double-spaced. Footnotes must conform with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed.). Authors should be prepared to supply any cited sources upon request.
We prefer electronic submissions either via email or ExpressO. Regardless of the method of submission please submit the author’s curriculum vitae along with the manuscript.

The staff of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy (“JILP”) is excited to publish its twenty-first volume this year. The UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy publishes semi-annually and strives to contribute pertinent and interesting scholarly works to the field of international law.
