The staff of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy (“JILP”) is excited to publish its twenty-fourth volume this year. The UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy publishes semi-annually and strives to contribute pertinent and interesting scholarly works to the field of international law.  Additionally, JILP presents an Annual Symposium, featuring the foremost jurists, scholars, and analysts presenting on contemporary and timely topics in the field of international law.  JILP also often works in collaboration with the King Hall International Law Association (KHILA), the California International Law Center at UC Davis School of Law ("CILC"), and the American Society of International Law ("ASIL") in bringing speakers to UC Davis to advance scholarship and discourse in the field.
