About

The staff of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy (JILP) is excited to publish its twenty-ninth volume this year.

The UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy publishes semi-annually and strives to contribute pertinent and interesting scholarly works to the field of international law. We publish articles from legal academics, practitioners, and our own students.

Each academic year, JILP hosts a Symposia, featuring the foremost jurists, scholars, practitioners and analysts presenting on contemporary and relevant topics in the field of international law.

JILP often works in collaboration with the King Hall International Law Association (KHILA), the California International Law Center at UC Davis School of Law (CILC), and the American Society of International Law ("ASIL") in bringing speakers to UC Davis to advance scholarship and discourse in the field.
