Change of Address

Address changes should be submitted at least 45 days before the date of the issue on which the change is to take effect. The Postmaster will not forward copies unless the subscriber provides extra postage. Duplicate copies will not be sent.

Claims Policy

Domestic claims for non-receipt of issues should be made within 90 days of the release date of publication; foreign claims for non-receipt should be made within 180 days of the release date of publication.
